Everything went smoothly with Tim start to finish. Tim asked good questions to see how motivated and quickly we wanted to sell and after discussions he priced appropriately. It took a while, but in the end we got full asking price without any contingencies based on good recommendations from Tim. He assured us we were priced right and with patience things would work out.

My family and I were looking to move back to the Rapids area. We were living in Appleton so it was a little tricky. Tim set up multiple showings for when I was in town and also took my Mom and Sister to look at houses when I wasn't available. We have two young girls, so packing them up to come look at a bunch of houses wasn't always ideal. We were constantly communicating via email or text. We found our forever home and we couldn't be happier! It was such a wonderful feeling knowing that we had things taken care of and we weren't even in the same city. It was a very smooth transition and we're very grateful for Tim's help. On moving day we were gifted some delicious treats and cocktails, but best of all, there was a gift bag full of coloring books, crayons, play jewelry and a bunch of fun stuff for my daughters.
